TOU For My PSP Tutorials

When you make a stationary please provide an embedded link and the name of the tut in your footer so others can try the tut as well if they choose. You may link to my website or to my yahoo group.
If someone asks you for the IMF of the tut (I provide them on my site) also send them to my website so they can see what else I have to offer. Just make sure you have the most recent version of my tutorials. On May 4th, 2006 I reformatted all the IMFs so they all look the same and are easier to read.
You can share the LINK only with people, do not send my tutorials via email. This includes yahoo, msn, google groups, ezboards and any other group or message board system.
Please do not copy my tutorials and claim them as your own. I've worked very hard on my tutorials and don't appreciate being robbed, because that's what you are doing to me if you do that.
Do not offer them up for sale on a cd or on your website. I do this for fun as a hobby. If you sell my tutorials you are breaking laws. My permission to use the artwork does NOT allow my end product to be sold. If you do sell them, then you will be caught and you'll be sending both you and I to jail. Please don't do this.
Do not place them in ANY collection.

TOU For My Stationary

Do NOT claim them as your own. I've worked very hard on my stationeries and have gained permission to use each and every piece of artwork that I have used. By ripping them apart and claiming them as your own you are not only robbing me but you are robbing the original artist as well. I WILL find out if you do and I will report you.
My stationeries are for IncrediMail only. At this time I do not make them for Outlook. Please do not try converting them. I WILL find out if you do.
